Zhang Chao, also known as Bruce Zhang, founder and CEO of Dongguan Jingbang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. and KingPo Technology Development Limited, has been elected as a member of two national standardization technical committees in China: SAC/TC526 and SAC/TC338.

These appointments were made under the Standardization Administration of China and are guided by the China Machinery Industry Federation. They recognize Mr. Zhang’s long-term technical experience and KingPo’s contribution to the laboratory testing equipment industry.
About SAC/TC526
The National Technical Committee for Standardization of Laboratory Instruments and Equipment, SAC/TC526, is responsible for standardization work related to laboratory instruments and equipment.
Its scope covers environmental testing chambers, climate simulation equipment, mechanical testing instruments, power testing devices, laboratory centrifuges, strain measuring instruments, noise measurement instruments, laboratory autoclaves and related laboratory technologies.
The committee supports national standard planning, technical review, product quality improvement and alignment with relevant international standardization work.
About SAC/TC338
The National Technical Committee for Standardization of Safety of Measuring, Controlling and Laboratory Electrical Equipment, SAC/TC338, focuses on safety standardization for measuring, controlling and laboratory electrical equipment.
Its work includes general safety requirements, electrical safety requirements and specific safety standards for laboratory electrical instruments. SAC/TC338 mirrors the work of IEC/TC66 and helps improve safety requirements for laboratory equipment design, manufacturing and operation.
