Testing Principle
The tester mounts the terminal specimen on a rotating fixture and applies a preset weight while performing continuous rotation at (10 ยฑ 2) r/min. The system records the number of cycles and automatically stops when the preset count is reached or when a fault condition is detected, providing accurate assessment of terminal clamping strength and wire damage resistance as required by the standard.
