Testing Principle
- The apparatus clamps the power cord or plug lead in the fixture and performs continuous rocking/bending motion at a preset angle (ยฑ5ยฐ to 180ยฐ) and speed. It supports no-load, on-off, external load and internal load (0โ25 A) modes. The test runs up to 999,999 cycles or until the preset number is reached. Upon cord breakage or open circuit, the system automatically stops with a buzzer alarm and touch-screen prompt, accurately simulating real-world flexing stress on household appliance cords.
